Quick and easy Jamaican jerk spare ribs that are flavorful and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 2 lbs spare ribs
- 2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper until smooth.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the spare ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes on each side.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing to serve.
Notes
Great to customize with veggies or spices you have on hand. Perfect when served with grilled corn, a fresh salad, or rice and peas.
