Description

Quick and easy Jamaican jerk spare ribs that are flavorful and perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs spare ribs
  • 2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the spare ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing to serve.

Notes

Great to customize with veggies or spices you have on hand. Perfect when served with grilled corn, a fresh salad, or rice and peas.
