Description

A vibrant and customizable fruit salad perfect for quick snacks or gatherings, made with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 2 kiwis, chopped
  • 2 green apples, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruits by chopping the green apples, kiwi, and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the green grapes, chopped apples, kiwi, and avocado in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Dress the salad with fresh lime juice and honey, tossing gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with chopped mint leaves just before serving.
