Description

A quick and easy Louisiana Remoulade Sauce that comes together in about 10 minutes, perfect for dipping or enhancing your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix well until everything is super smooth (about 1 minute).
  3. Toss in the capers, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Stir until there are no streaks of mayonnaise left (about another 30 seconds).
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

Notes

Serve with crispy fried shrimp, fish tacos, po’ boys, or as a dip for fresh vegetables. Keeps in the refrigerator for about a week.
