Description
A quick and easy Louisiana Remoulade Sauce that comes together in about 10 minutes, perfect for dipping or enhancing your favorite dishes.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a medium bowl.
- Mix well until everything is super smooth (about 1 minute).
- Toss in the capers, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir until there are no streaks of mayonnaise left (about another 30 seconds).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
Notes
Serve with crispy fried shrimp, fish tacos, po’ boys, or as a dip for fresh vegetables. Keeps in the refrigerator for about a week.
