This no-bake mint chocolate fudge comes together in about 30 minutes and is a delicious treat your family will love!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed mint candies
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  2. Melt the chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir frequently for about 5 minutes until melted and smooth.
  3. Add flavor: Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix in candies: Fold in the crushed mint candies gently.
  5. Transfer to the pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until firm.
  7. Slice and enjoy: Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
