Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup coconut rum
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Coarse salt for rolling

Instructions

  1. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup crushed graham crackers and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Give them a good stir until they’re evenly mixed.
  2. Add the Wet Ingredients: Pour in 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup tequila, 1/4 cup coconut rum, and the zest of 1 lime. Mix until everything is well combined and looks like a thick paste.
  3. Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl and pop it into the fridge for about 30 minutes to help the mixture firm up.
  4. Roll into Balls: Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll them into small balls. They don’t have to be perfect!
  5. Coat with Salt: Roll each ball in coarse salt until they’re evenly coated.
  6. Refrigerate Until Ready to Serve: Place the rolled balls back into the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy them. Best served chilled!
