Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the peaches, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Mix the peach puree with heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until creamy.
  3. Chill the mixture in a freezer-safe container for 30 minutes.
  4. Blend again after initial freeze for a light and fluffy texture.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
