- 1 pound Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil for Frying
Instructions
- Preheat about 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Combine 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons honey in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade, ensuring every inch is covered. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Beat 1 egg in a shallow dish, and in another dish, mix 1 cup breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
- Dip each marinated chicken thigh in the egg, then coat in seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Fry the chicken thighs in the hot oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and let it drain on paper towels. Serve immediately, drizzled with extra peanut sauce if desired.
