Description

A delightful twist on popcorn, this recipe features pepperoni, cheese, and seasonings for a snack the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels, popped (about 8 cups)
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt your butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Pop your popcorn kernels using your preferred method.
  4. Transfer the popped popcorn to a large bowl and drizzle the seasoned butter over it.
  5. Add in your crispy mini pepperoni and parmesan cheese, tossing to combine.
  6. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes.
  7. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
