Description

This delicious Pineapple Colada Sangria comes together in about 10 minutes and is perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut rum
  • 1 bottle Moscato wine
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the pineapple juice, coconut rum, and Moscato wine in a large pitcher.
  2. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until everything is incorporated.
  3. Toss in the chopped pineapple, coconut water, and lime slices.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to chill and let flavors meld.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes
