A quick and easy no-bake pistachio fudge that comes together in about 30 minutes and is perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup of pistachio pudding mix
- 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: coconut flakes, chocolate drizzle, extra nuts, or almond extract
Instructions
- Prepare your pan by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate by combining the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
- Add the pistachio pudding mix and chopped pistachios, stirring until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes or until firm.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries for an elevated experience. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
