Description

A quick and easy no-bake pistachio fudge that comes together in about 30 minutes and is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: coconut flakes, chocolate drizzle, extra nuts, or almond extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate by combining the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. Add the pistachio pudding mix and chopped pistachios, stirring until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes or until firm.
  6. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries for an elevated experience. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
