Description

Quick and easy steak kebabs marinated with garlic and rosemary, grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Steak: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the steak cubes and make sure they’re well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Grill: When you’re ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Assemble the Kebabs: Thread the marinated steak, cherry tomatoes, and halved baby potatoes onto skewers alternately.
  4. Grill Time: Place the skewers on the grill and cook them for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Rest: Once they’re hot and ready, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Enjoy: Grab a plate, dig in, and savor that flavor!
