Description
Quick and easy steak kebabs marinated with garlic and rosemary, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the steak cubes and make sure they’re well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: When you’re ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Assemble the Kebabs: Thread the marinated steak, cherry tomatoes, and halved baby potatoes onto skewers alternately.
- Grill Time: Place the skewers on the grill and cook them for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Rest: Once they’re hot and ready, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
