- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, artichoke hearts, spinach, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
