Description

This creamy dip combines spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses for a hassle-free, delicious appetizer perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, artichoke hearts, spinach, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
