- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: Additional powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares about 4 inches in size.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry piece, topping it with sliced strawberries.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to create pockets and seal them.
- Brush the tops with a beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they’re puffy and golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
