Description
A refreshing no-cook tzatziki perfect for dipping or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cups cucumber, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and let it drain in a colander for 5–10 minutes.
- Mix the drained grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Serve with warm pita bread, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
Notes
Be sure to drain the cucumber well to avoid a watery dip. Fresh herbs are recommended for the best flavor.
