Description

A refreshing no-cook tzatziki perfect for dipping or as a side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups cucumber, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and let it drain in a colander for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Mix the drained grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
  5. Serve with warm pita bread, pita chips, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Be sure to drain the cucumber well to avoid a watery dip. Fresh herbs are recommended for the best flavor.
