A refreshing and fun snack made with juicy watermelon fries served with a creamy coconut lime dip, perfect for hot summer days!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium watermelon
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt or coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Slice your watermelon right in half; then, cut those halves into wedges, and from there, into fry shapes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine your coconut yogurt (or cream), lime juice, maple syrup, lime zest, and a good pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Grab a lovely serving platter, arrange your watermelon fries, and serve with the dip in the center.
