Description

A quick and easy cherry dessert pizza that can be ready in about 30 minutes, perfect for any occasion and customizable to your taste.


Ingredients

  • 1 package cactus bread dough
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • Milk (for glaze)
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the cactus bread dough into a circular shape and line it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Combine ½ cup flour, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup oats, and ½ cup melted butter in a bowl to create the crumble topping.
  5. Spread cherry pie filling evenly over the baked crust.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly across the cherry filling.
  7. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the crumble is golden.
  8. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with milk for the glaze.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the baked pizza and serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
