- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season your pork chops with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Carefully place the pork chops into the hot skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the browned pork chops and cover the skillet.
- Decrease the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
