Description

A mouthwatering and uncomplicated recipe for tender, flavorful oven-baked ribs that your family will love, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 rack pork baby back ribs
  • 34 tablespoons grill seasoning
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • Hot sauce (optional)
  • Honey or brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Lay the rack of ribs on the baking sheet.
  4. Rub the ribs generously with the grill seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Wrap the ribs in foil snugly.
  6. Bake the ribs in the oven for 120-150 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and unwrap the foil carefully.
  8. Baste one side with BBQ sauce and broil for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Flip the ribs, baste the other side, and broil again for another few minutes.
  10. Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.

Notes

You can customize the BBQ sauce to your liking, adding spices or using leftovers from your fridge.
