- 1 rack pork baby back ribs
- 3–4 tablespoons grill seasoning
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- Hot sauce (optional)
- Honey or brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- Lay the rack of ribs on the baking sheet.
- Rub the ribs generously with the grill seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap the ribs in foil snugly.
- Bake the ribs in the oven for 120-150 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and unwrap the foil carefully.
- Baste one side with BBQ sauce and broil for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the ribs, baste the other side, and broil again for another few minutes.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
Notes
You can customize the BBQ sauce to your liking, adding spices or using leftovers from your fridge.
